On the industrial data network it is possible to collect information from the factory floor about the production status, machine efficiency, working and stopping times and the production quantities; all fundamental data for an acurate production management.
AZ Mecatrónica integrates industrial data networks such as Canopen, Powerlink, Devicenet, EthernetIP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP / IP, which interconnect remote input and output modules, sensors and instruments, process controllers, user interface and supervisory software.
To control an industrial process, measuring instruments are needed, as well as the ability to control of a series of variables like pressure, temperature, flow, pH, volume, among others. These values are transmitted to process controllers which, in turn, drive the valves, motors and other equipment in order to manufacture a particular product.
